We believe in training up our next generation. We also believe that we are responsible to provide the best tools for our next generation to be guided and help guide.
In order to serve here at Oasis Church, there are a few steps we need to ensure are followed before taking any part.

SALVATION | SALVACION
Biblical salvation comes from Romans 10:9: “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.”

Biblical baptism is an outward sign of an inward change (Colossians 2:12). It is the next step in salvation.

CONSITENCY | CONSISTENCIA
It is our goal to see that every youth we come in contact with have a life-changing experience. Consistency is a key role. They can't do it alone and we can't do it alone. This is where parents help us by bringing their youth to as many events as possible.

SMALL GROUPS | GRUPOS PEQUEÑOS
Small groups are an intimate time to be able to mentor our youth personally. We emphasize the importance of studying the Bible and learning with each other. Our Youth Leaders must serve a period of 90 days in our Youth Ministry prior to serving as a Small Group Leader.

Los grupos pequeños son un momento íntimo para poder ser mentor de nuestra juventud personalmente. Hacemos hincapié en la importancia de estudiar la Biblia y aprender unos con otros.
